Fifteen hours after they made their last rare experience, they were back, all rainbowy and otherworldly at the tail end of noisy upstart Henry. Bowl of Cheerios was abandoned as I headed off to try and snap them at a better angle. Just like everybody else did.
Not sure what's going on up there in the atmosphere recently with all of this, the storm after storm that are hurtling in off the Atlantic with barely a gap in between, or even the frequent firing up of the aurora that we've been able to spot so many times recently. The conspiracy theorists will be getting all twitchy if this all keeps up.
As it was, they faded away, I went back to my saggy and soggy Cheerios and everything else went back to its saggy and soggy norm.
